Messy Fun Day

One day last week we decided to declare it a Messy Fun Day! We had lots of fun making lots of messes! Why not let the littles make a mess every now and then? After all that is proven a great tool in growing creative kids! So come on moms...let loose and try for one day to have a messy day of your own. You can always clean later. Trust me that mess will still be there tomorrow. Have fun with your sweet littles while they still want to get messy!:)
Here some of the pics I caught on camera on our terrific day:

We made our own sidewalk paint. Very easy to make. (and wowzers...very messy to make too):) Mix 1 cup of water with 1 cup of cornstarch. Then pour it into muffin tins or small cups & add food coloring to make the colors you would like. Easy peasy! Next time I will make 2 muffin tin fulls though.

And the fun begins....

I added different size paint brushes and sponges cut into different shapes. The possibilities are endless though on what all you can add for creativity.

The kiddos...as you can see Isaiah(back) has NO problem getting messy.
The HULK!!!! Dont worry mommas, it comes right off with a little water.

Shave cream slide!

This boy was in heaven with this stuff, he has asked to play with it every day since this day!

We held a bike cleaning pretend business. We lined up the toys and cleaned them and Isaac washed them off with the water hose.

Here Isaac is making lots of mud to play in!

This is one of Isaacs favorite outside activities. He loves playing with the water hose. This can keep him busy for hours.

Isaiah got a little creative with the slide fun and decided to try it out on the roller coaster.

Isaac thought it was hilarious and joined in spraying Isaiah.

A little drink for the water boy!:)

My sweet boys playing in the mud. I didnt get the boys cute little mud cakes pictures. They added grass and sticks to make a cake...it was precious!

And we ended our messy madness with a rainbow snowcone!!!

Talk about some happy boys....if its messy they LOVE it!!!!
