Totschool is Back- Dr Seuss
We have started Totschool again. This time Isaac is able to join in on more and he is loving it just as much as Isaiah. He begs for more worksheets and crafts every day. I LOVE that my boys love to learn.
Isaiah was home sick from school a few days this week so we took advantage of him being home by celebrating Dr. Seuss week. We also have a little friend who stays with us a few days a week so she enjoyed our day with us too.
We found the cutest idea over at livinglifeintentionally.blogspot.com and decided to make our own to hang up. I think it turned out so cute!!! Now I have my own Thing 1, Thing 2, and Thing 3 on canvas.

We had a fun Cat in the Hat themed lunch!

The kids made special Cat in the Hat hats to wear.
They colored Happy Birthday cakes for Dr. Seuss.
And later we played a little game we called Stack the Hats. :)
Skully the Skeleton Halloween Bath
During the Halloween season this past year we had a special visitor we called Skully the Skeleton. You can find that post here at Meet Skully . One adventure he had planned was a special spooky bath. It just so happened he planned it on Isaiah's birthday so Isaiah was so excited.
I had colored the water green with green food coloring, made them special Halloween bath paints, hung spider webs and our Skully the Skeleton, added pumpkin bubbles, glow sticks everywhere and small pumpkins with glow stick bracelets hiding inside. I had also dropped creepy crawlies down into the water like rubber snakes, plastic bugs, small bones, etc.
Once the boys hopped in we turned off the lights and used the glow stick and lights I had hung by the sink as our light. They loved this bath...it turned out so fun!!!

New Years Eve bath fun
Another fun bath we've done in the past was our New Year's Eve bath. We had a long night of fun activities that we opened each hour. I made sure to make a special bath one of those activities that night.
I had painted the wall with the boys finger paints. It said Happy New Year and I used their bath letters to write 2013. I added colored bath bubbles, beaded necklaces, colored paints to write on the walls or each other, lots of noise makers, and their very own balloon drop! They had so much fun having their own special "party" in the tub!!!

| To add color in to your bath simply drop a few drops of food coloring into the water....you can't tell from the picture but the water was actually pretty. |
| The balloon drop was easy too...all I did was blow up several balloons, put them into a trash bag and we did a short countdown and released them. They thought it was fun.:) |
Bubble Guppies Fun Bath
On Ian's first birthday, the boys and I surprised him with a bubble guppies bath. We cut out bubble guppie prints off of nickjr.com and taped them to the walls in the bath. We added in his new bubble guppies bath squirt toys and Gill plush. We also added balloons..for his bday of course.:) On one of the shelves we put bubbles which ended up being a huge hit.
Ian loved it and the boys loved surprising him! It was perfect! :)
Here are some pics I was able to capture...
